City of Cumberland Parks and Rec Committee Meeting Minutes Parks and Rec Committee meeting, Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at 9:00 AM at the City Hall. The members present were Michael Cifaldi, Jim Schullo, Jim Anderson and Steve Anderson. Also, present was Arlene Frisinger, and Randy Reeg. Cifaldi called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. Discussion regarding Parks Master Planning with pavilion updates. Still needing to get more information before the open house can be set.
