THOMAS ST. ANGELO LIBRARY BOARD OF TRUSTEES Library Board of Trustees Meeting June 9, 2026 at 5:00 pm at the Thomas St. Angelo Public Library. Board Members present: Kelly Cady, Craig Turcott, Maggie Wickre, Diane Bellows, Chris Hopkins-Hile, Dave Evenson, Vicki Wiita and Lindsay Norby Absent: Isaac Lundquist Also present: Rob Ankarlo and Diana Ostness Maggie Wickre called the meeting to order at 5:00 pm. Motion was made by Dave Evenson and seconded by Craig Turcott, voted, passed to approve the agenda. Public Comment: None Motion was made by Kelly Cady and seconded by Diane Bellows, voted, passed to approve the May 12, 2026 meeting minutes. Finance and Statistics Report Committee Reports Motion was made by Kelly Cady and seconded by Craig Turcott, voted, passed to update the Board of Trustees Bylaws- Article III Section 1 to No member shall be eligible to serve more than three consecutive terms in the same office. Motion was made by Lindsay Norby and seconded by Craig Turcott, voted, passed to have a unanimous vote for the following candidates for office: President: Maggie Wickre Vice President: Dave Evenson Treasurer: Diane Bellows Secretary: Kelly Cady Motion was made by Dave Evenson and seconded by Kelly Cady, voted, passed to approve the bid for the electric fireplace insert. Motion was made by Craig Turcott and seconded by Vicki Wiita, voted, passed to approve the window shades bid for the Carnegie Room. Motion was made by Diane Bellows and seconded by Kelly Cady, voted, passed to approve the May bills in the amount of $13, 931.58. Suggestions for future agenda Next meeting was set for July 14, 2026 at 5:00 pm at the Thomas St. Angelo Public Library. Motion was made by Diane Bellows and seconded by Kelly Cady, voted, passed to adjourn at 5:49 pm.
