City of Cumberland Parks and Rec Committee Meeting Minutes Parks and Rec Committee meeting, Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at 9:00 AM at the City Hall. The members present were Michael Cifaldi, Jim Schullo, Jim Anderson and Steve Anderson. Also, present was Arlene Frisinger, Mayor Shoemaker, and Randy Reeg. Cifaldi called the meeting to order at 9:08 a.m. Gary Johnson gave an update on the treatment of Ash trees in the park. Discussion regarding Parks Master Planning with pavilion updates. Materials - working on estimate Electric - still working on cost estimates Plumbing - working on estimate Excavation - working on estimate Contact Skinner family regarding the use of donation towards the basketball court drainage problem A motion was made by Schullo, seconded by S.
