Finance, Personnel & Licensing Committee Agenda There will be a meeting of the City of Cumberland Finance, Personnel & Licensing Committee on Monday, June 1, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Cumberland City Hall to consider the following agenda. Call Meeting to Order Public Comment Approve May 4, 2026, Finance Committee meeting minutes Review of monthly financial reports Discussion and possible action relating to a request to transfer K-9 donation funds to cover related OT expenses. Discussion and possible action relating to the use of donated funds including: Allocation of funds donated for police training range at the brush dump. Development of procurement policy specifically for donated funds. Discussion and possible action relating to Nationwide Deferred Comp Plan Design. Discussion and possible action relating to penalties from the IRS for fiscal years 2021-2025 and development of protocol to prevent future errors and omissions. Staff report and future agenda items Consider moving into Closed Session per WI Stat 19.85(1)(e) deliberating or negotiation the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session to discuss the following: Establishing cost per acre for land available due to TID #9 industrial park expansion. Kauffman Estates Phase 1 Development Agreement. Reconvene into Open Session to take any action as may be necessary or appropriate arising out of Closed Session.
