City of Cumberland Parks and Rec Committee Meeting Minutes Parks and Rec Committee meeting, Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at 9:00 AM at the City Hall. The members present were Michael Cifaldi, Jim Schullo, Jim Anderson and Steve Anderson. Also, present was Arlene Frisinger, Mayor Shoemaker, and Randy Reeg. Public Comment: Concerns regarding the mowing at the cemetery. Consensus was that the cemetery would be mowed the Thursday and Friday before Memorial Day. Discussion regarding Parks Master Planning with pavilion updates. Consider holding an open house for contractors Special Parks & Rec Committee meetings will be on Tuesdays at 9:00 a.m. each week. Randy & Michael will reach out to vendors for bids to get an idea of the costs to ascertain if this will be possible with the budget.
