Discussion and possible action relating to TID #9 Industrial Park Expansion including: Change Order #1 in the amount of $48,654. AFP #2 from Erickson Excavating in the amount of $240,100.72 Request for change order for soil correction in future roadway Discussion and possible action relating to bid for Carlone St. utility extension project from DeSantis Excavating in the amount of $59,450-$61,950 Discussion and possible action relating to proposal from USDA and other beaver management needs and services Discussion and possible action relating to ongoing traffic issues due to Hwy 63 bridge project Discussion and possible action relating to Sections 8.025(11)(d) and 17.39(8) of the City of Cumberland Code of Ordinances regarding surfacing of driveways and parking lots Discussion and possible action relating to 2026 Street Improvement Plan Staff, Equipment and Vehicle updates Adjourn *It is possible that a quorum of the Common Council may attend this meeting.
