City of Cumberland Parks and Rec Committee Meeting Minutes Parks and Rec Committee meeting, Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at 9:00 AM at the City Hall. The meeting was called to order by Mayor Shoemaker at 9:03 a.m. The members present were Jim Schullo, Jim Anderson and Steve Anderson. Also, present was Arlene Frisinger, Mayor Shoemaker, Randy Reeg, and Bill Lussier. Michael Cifaldi arrived late. A motion was made by J. Anderson, seconded by J. Schullo, to approve April 21, 2026, meeting minutes. Motion carried. Discussion regarding the Lakeside Cemetery and flower removal. Consider spring and fall cleanup. Review ordinance. Discussion regarding using Perpetual Care funds to cover cemetery driveway maintenance. Cost for the resurfacing is between $50,000 and $58,000. No action taken. Reviewed data regarding tree inventory. No action taken. Discussion regarding Parks Master Planning with pavilion updates. Need list of things that need to be done to move forward. Consider holding an open house for contractors Special Parks & Rec Committee meeting on Tuesday, May 26th at 9:00 a.m. Future agenda item: Goose Roundup A motion was made by J.
