Finance Committee — Minutes

Finance & Licensing Committee Minutes May 4, 2026 Present: Bill Lussier, Kelly Cady, Doris Laursen, Jim Anderson, Mayor Shoemaker, Randy Reeg, Steve Anderson, Heather Wolfe, Chloe Heinenke, Tom Schroder, Randy Pederson, and Katie Goin. Lussier called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m. The meeting was properly advertised, all interested parties were notified. A motion was made by Anderson, seconded by Laursen, to approve the Finance & Licensing Committee Meeting minutes of April 6, 2026, Finance Committee meeting. Motion carried. Monthly Financial Report was given. Discussion regarding funding strategies for 2026 street improvement projects. No action taken. Discussion regarding potential future adjustments to the City of Cumberland salary matrix. No action taken. Discussion regarding potential amendments to the City of Cumberland Employee Handbook. No action taken. Will bring back potential amendments to the June meeting. A motion was made by Laursen, seconded by Cady, to adjourn at 10:40 a.m. Motion carried.
