The minutes of the Monthly Meeting of the Town Board of Sanborn, Ashland County Wisconsin held January 13 th, 2025. The meeting was called to order at 6:00p.m. Those in attendance are Kim Kallio, Richard Mitchell, Scott Bretting, Claire Morud, Pat & Wyvern Kinney, Alex Pino, Luis Salas, Ben Connors, Todd Kraft and Jamie Weaver. Motion to accept the 12/9/24 minutes by Ben Connors seconded by Todd Kraft, motion carried. Motion to accept the 12/24 Treasurers report by Todd Kraft seconded by Ben Connors, motion carried. Luis started the meeting with the CPP. Luis next discussed the action of the damage on Government Rd and discussed the mediation that the Board will have with the defendants, discussion follows. Motion to have Scott Clark to setup mediation for the lawsuit by Ben Connors seconded by Todd Kraft, motion carried. Next, Luis discussed the work site proposal from Enbridge in them offering the Town 10K for rental space, discussion follows. Motion to accept and sign the proposal by Todd Kraft seconded by Ben Connors, motion carried. Next the Board gave their reports. The road report was given by Alex.
