The minutes of the Monthly Meeting of the Town Board of Sanborn, Ashland County Wisconsin held February 13th, 2023. The meeting was called to order at 6:00p.m. Those in attendance are Richard Mitchell, Scott Bretting, Mel Maday, Joe Bates, Sandy Deragon, Kim Kallio, Mary Lou Salawater, Doug Jennings, Luanne Wiggins, Alex Pino, Scott Bender, Ben Connors, Todd Kraft, Luis Salas and Jamie Weaver. Motion to accept the 1/9/23 minutes by Ben Connors seconded by Todd Kraft, motion carried. Motion to accept the 1/23 Treasurers report by Todd Kraft seconded by Ben Connors, motion carried. Luis opened the meeting with the citizen participation period. Next Luis discussed the Resolution to the State and Public discussing the order of events of the tax litigation and its timeline, Luis read aloud the Resolution, discussion follows. Motion to approve the resolution with noted changes by Ben Connors seconded by Todd Kraft, motion carried. Next, the Board gave their reports. The road report was given by Alex.
