Call to Order/Roll Call Meeting called to order by Lois. 2. Public Comment – none 3. Minutes of the following meetings to be considered for approval: A. November 13, 2025 Motion by Sam to approve the minutes with one spelling error noted, seconded by Jim, all ayes. Motion Carried. 4. Update on Washburn Project and Island potential Lois reported that Charlie Bertel followed up with Cinnaire (company doing the housing project in Washburn) as they were contacted by this committee to look at a development on the Island and they are not interested in a project this small. 5. Discuss Future Steps A. Development of Google Docs Page Dorgene is working on. B. Identify potential local occupants C. Create action plan D. Discuss challenges and possible solutions 1. small project scale 2. lack of developer interest 3. targeting appropriate customer base Discussion on an article Sam drafted for the Gazette and scheduling listening sessions to get public input. Committee members should send comments/corrections to Sam. The plan is to get this in the April Gazette. Sam/Max will get an update from the Madeline Sanitary District on the RV dump station move and estimated cost to connect to existing sanitary system. 6. Financing A. guest Pennelys Droz 7.
