Call to Order: Meeting called to order by Glenn Carlson at 1:00pm. II. Public Comment: None. Motion to go into closed session, S. Brenna/S. Dobson, Roll Call Mike Anderson yes, Sue Brenna yes, Aimee Baxter yes, Samantha Dobson yes, Glenn Carlson yes, Motion Carried. 1:01pm III. Consider severance pay The Town Board may go into closed session during the meeting for the purpose of considering employment, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility.in which it is or is likely to become involved in accordance with to Wisconsin Statutes 19.85 (1)(c). The person has the right to demand that the evidentiary hearing or meeting be held in open session. After the completion of the closed session, the Board will come back into open session to act upon the discussion in the closed session or otherwise complete the business of the meeting before adjourning. IV. Approve Zoning Administrator Job Description and Posting Motion to go into open session, S. Brenna/A. Baxter, 5 Ayes, Motion Carried. 1:14pm Motion to adjust severance from gross to net, S. Dobson/S. Brenna, 5 Ayes, Motion Carried. Motion to approve Zoning Administrator job description and posting until position is filled, S. Brenna/S. Dobson, 5 Ayes, Motion Carried. V.
