Members absent: Joel Shilman, Facilities Manager, Bayfield School District Randi Johnson, Finance Manager, Bayfield School District Staff present: Max Imholte, Town Administrator 1. Call to order/Roll Call The Winter Transportation Committee (WTC) called to order by Glenn. 2. Minutes of the Following Meetings to be Considered for Approval: A. December 4, 2024 Motion by Zach to approve the above minutes as presented, seconded by Ellen, all ayes. Motion Carried. 3. Discussion and/or recommendation to the Town Board of vouchers submitted Nelson Construction – start up labor $1,375.00 Windsled Transportation - parts 221.24 Motion by Zach to approve the above voucher, seconded by Ellen, all ayes. Motion Carried. 4. Schedule next meeting and set agenda. Next meeting will be scheduled as needed. 5. Adjourn Motion to adjourn by Zach, seconded by Ellen, all ayes. Motion Carried.
