DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION ON: ONLINE UTILITY BILL PAYING
Reuter stated that they received a quote from Town Wed to set up online bill paying for
the Villages website. The office staff felt that with both water and sewer going up it might
be easier for our residents to break up their bill and pay it online. We do have some
residents in our community that get help paying for utilities, but it comes on a card, and
we can’t except their payment that way. So, for them to be able to pay online could be
helpful. There are always residents that come in or call asking if we can take a payment

utility bills. She knows this is something that the community wants, we just need to set it
