Presentation, review, and approval of draft budget (budget based on $25.00 special charge per property); 1-1-25 beginning balance $26,120.98 (actual), 12-31-25 ending balance $27,249.98 (estimated) 6. Election of one commissioner (Julie Diermeier term expiring) 7. New business (no action can be taken unless specific items are noticed herein) 8.
