Street/Sewer Committee Meeting — Minutes

Street/Sewer Committee Meeting Tuesday July 7, 2026 The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m. Present: T/Tom Lauritzen, T/Mary Pilz, T/Steve Yeska, Robert Jansen (Street Supervisor and Sewer Operator) and Lindsey Inda (Village Clerk/Treasurer). T/Yeska seconded by T/Pilz made a motion to approve the agenda as presented. Motion carried. T/Pilz seconded by T/Yeska made a motion to move into closed session per Wisconsin Statutes 19.85(1)(C): Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. Conducting interviews for Street/Sewer Operator position. Voice Vote: T/Pilz aye, T/Yeska aye, and T/Lauritzen aye. T/Pilz seconded by T/Yeska made a motion to return tot open session. Voice Vote: T/Pilz aye, T/Yeska aye, and T/Lauritzen aye. Interviews were conducted with Benjamin Holzman and Harold Hansen Jr. Fred Ruppert was not present for his interview. The committee will be reconvening on Monday July 11, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. to review and discuss further.
