Special Board Meeting — Minutes

VILLAGE OF WILD ROSE BOARD OF TRUSTEES SPECIAL MEETING JUNE 1, 2026 APPROVED MINUTES – TBA President Ganzel called the meeting to order at 9:00 am at Village of Wild Rose Village Hall, 500 Main St, Wild Rose, WI 54984 Present: P/Tim Ganzel, T/Mary Pilz, T/Harold Hansen Jr, T/Tom Lauritzen and T/John Eilers. Also present: Clerk-Treasurer Lindsey Inda and Police Chief Nathan Klapoetke. T/Steve Yeska arrived at 9:15 am. Agenda: T/Pilz seconded by T/Lauritzen made a motion to approve the agenda as presented. Motion carried. T/Lauritzen seconded by T/Hansen Jr made a motion to approve the relinquishment of Class “B” Beer and “Class B” Liquor Licenses from Testin & Testin. Motion carried. T/Lauritzen seconded by T/Eilers made a motion to approve the application for Class “B” Beer and “Class B” Liquor Licenses by Sluggers Wild Rose LLC. Motion carried. T/Lauritzen seconded by T/Eilers made a motion to approve the relinquishment of the Temporary Class “B” License by Old Fashioned Fest LLC. Motion carried. T/Eilers seconded by T/Hansen Jr made a motion to approve the temporary premises extension of Class “B” Beer and “Class B” Liquor License by Sluggers Wild Rose LLC. Motion carried. T/Pilz seconded by T/Yeska made a motion to approve the utilization of village property for premise extension of state issued liquor permit for True Harvest Bourbon Company LLC. Three votes in favor and three votes opposed. Motion failed. T/Lauritzen seconded by T/Pilz made a motion to approve the Cigarette, Tobacco and Electronic Vaping Application from True Harvest Bourbon Company LLC. Motion carried.
