Board of Review — Minutes

Village of Wild Rose Board of Review May 4, 2026 The Board of Review was called to order at 1:00 p.m. Present: Tim Ganzel, Mary Pilz, John Eilers, Lindsey Inda and Carrie Arzberger with Bowmar Appraisal. Tim Ganzel was nominated by Mary Pilz, to act as chair of the Board, seconded by John Eilers. Motion carried. Mary Pilz was nominated by John Eilers to act as Vice Chair of the Board, seconded by Tim Ganzel. Motion carried. Tim Ganzel met mandatory training requirements. Lindsey Inda received the assessment roll from Carrie Arzberger. The assessment roll was inspected with no errors found. No one appeared before the Board of Review.
