Ordinance Committee Meeting — Minutes

Village of Wild Rose Ordinance Committee Meeting Thursday November 20, 2025 @ 5p.m. Meeting called to order at 5 p.m. Present: Trustee, John Eilers, Trustee Craig Szymborski, Trustee, Mary Pilz, and Clerk/ Treasurer, Lindsey Inda. Al committee members had received a copy of the suggested changes from attorney Sulenski. Lindsey pointed out that we cannot place unpaid penalties or re-inspection fees on the tax rolls, A motion by; T/Eilers 2nd from T/Szymborski to approve the Fire Code and Inspection Ordinance with the suggested changes exempting the tax roll special charge. Motion carried. Lindsey will prepare the revised ordinance for the December 3, 2025 Village Board meeting. With no further business, a motion from T/Eilers;2nd by T/Szymborski to adjourn the meeting.
