Executive Committee Meeting — Minutes

Executive Committee Meeting September 23, 2025 Meeting called to order at 1:00 pm Those in attendance: Tim Ganzel, John Eilers, Robert Jansen, Greg Ida and Lindsey Inda; Brian Roemer (Ehlers) present via Microsoft Teams. Tom Lauritzen absent. The committee presented 2 future projects they would like to start planning for and requested a financial plan outline from Brian Roemer with Ehlers. Project 1 is the building of a new Village Hall. Brian advised the committee to start gathering potential bids from different architects. Once estimated bids are received, he can help put together a plan to build a budget contingency plan and/or brainstorm ways to increase revenue streams. Project 2 is the sewer infrastructure along Highway 22 to coincide with the DOT project to reconstruct the village portion of the highway. Brian will be helping to put together a cash flow analysis to help outline small inflationary increases to the utility billing that may be necessary to begin saving for the project.
