Wild Rose Days Planning Meeting Minutes Wednesday, July 16, 2025 Our Mission Statement: To create a self-sustaining, affordable family festival, which involves the whole community, bringing everyone together. Present: Tara Anderson, Kent Barnard, Jane Erickson, Mary Pilz, Dave Przekurat The meeting was called to order by Tara Anderson at 5:35. Minutes from the July 9 meeting and today's agenda were reviewed and approved. Financial Report: We have received new donations from the Trading Post Bar & Grill and American Legion Post 370. Items for Discussion V olunteers – Tara has received interest from Copper Leaf about some employees volunteering. Layout – Layout plans are in order; final food stand layout will be determined on the 25th. Kent asked for flooring for his library program tent. Other – Pete Duesterbeck has made the food price signs and the Kiwanis food order slips are also ready. We will have our post-event discussion on Friday, August 1at 2 P.M. In the Jerry Apps Reading Room at the Library.
