Ordinance Committee Meeting — Minutes

Village of Wild Rose Ordinance Committee Meeting Monday July 7, 2025 Meeting called to order at 10:00 A.M. Present: Trustee John Eilers, Trustee Criag Szymborski, Trustee Mary Pilz, Police Chief Nate Klapoetke, Lindsey Inda, Clerk/Treasurer. Chief Klapoetke went over the need for the truancy ordinance. The ordinance adopted by the City of Wautoma appears to meet that need. After an in-depth dialog with current problems and changing standards in the schools today, amotion from T/Eilers;2nd by T Szymborski to adopt the truancy ordinance changing the word of City of Wautoma to Village of Wild Rose and using our own ordinance number. Motion carried. The list of State Statues was reviewed and there are a few that need to be added. A motion from T/Szymborski; seconded by T/Pilz to approve adding the missing State Statues to our ordinance 9-1-1. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned @ 10:58 A.M.
