Executive Committee Meeting — Minutes

Executive Committee Meeting May 30, 2025 Meeting called to order at 10:00 am Those in attendance: Tim Ganzel, Tom Lauritzen, John Eilers, Robert Jansen and Lindsey Inda. T/Eilers seconded by T/Lauritzen made a motion to approve the agenda as presented. Motion carried. T/Eilers seconded by T/Lauritzen made a motion to move into closed session per WI STATS 19.85(1)(C): Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. Voice Vote: T/Lauritzen, aye; T/Elers, aye; P/Ganzel, aye. Motion carried. T/Lauritzen seconded by T/Yeska made a motion to return to open session. Voice Vote: T/Lauritzen aye; T/Eilers aye; P/Ganzel aye. Motion carried. The Committee discussed the need to publish a job opening for Sewer Operator-in-Training by early July as well as consideration of starting pay. P/Ganzel seconded by T/Lauritzen made a motion to approve Lindsey Inda and Robert Jansen to work together to create a comprehensive job description and a draft job posting for further consideration and approval by the Village Board at the July 2 Regular Board Meeting.
