Financial Reports: a. General Fund Budget Comparison b. Bank Account Report 6. Approval of the agenda. 7. Citizens’ request to speak before council: Per Wautoma’s Code of Ordinances Chapter 2, Article 2, Division 2, Section 2-49 …members of the public addressing the council are limited to five minutes per person or group… a. None 8. License Applications: a. None 9. Ordinances/Resolutions/Proclamations: a. None 10. Administrator/Clerk/Treasurer’s Correspondence a. Completed journal entries to balance accounts on all items that directly hit bank statements during the years b. Met with Mayor and Chamber of Commerce Board regarding Christmas Parade route and schedule c. Attended required Community Development Block Grant training d. Updated and completed budget overview and timeline documents e. Met with Department Directors on current and future capital items on the 2024-2028 Capital Improvement Program f. Attend annual ICMA conference 11. Police Department’s Monthly Report 12. Mayor’s Report to Council 13. Committee Reports: Finance and Personnel a. Discussion and appropriate action regarding the payment of the monthly vouchers. Review of the end of the month vouchers that were paid. Library Board a. None 14. Old Business: a. Discussion and appropriate action to approve Kopplin & Kinas Co., Inc. Pay Application 3 – Waupaca Street Reconstruction 15. New Business: a. 2024 Proposed Annual Operating Budget Schedule and Highlights review b. 2024-2028 Capital Improvement Program review c. Discussion and appropriate action to set the public hearing date for the Proposed 2024 Operating Budget for Monday, November 20th, 2023 at Wautoma City Hall, 210 E. Main Street 16.
