Town of Fence Board of Review November 7, 2025 Tape recorder on and at 9 a.m. Board of Review Chairperson Theresa Woehler called the meeting to order. Roll call noted B.O.R. members Theresa Woehler, Frank Smith and Theresa Smith were all present. Assessor of R&R Assessing Ryan Raatz was also present. Oaths were administered and all present participated. Confidentiality ordinance was shown to the assessor. No persons were present to object so the tape recorder was turned off at 9:04 a.m. No Person addressed the B.O.R.
