September 4, 2025 Special Meeting Minutes (PDF)

TOWN OF FENCE SPECIAL BOARD MEETING SEPTEMBER 4, 2025 Chairman Frank Smith called the meeting to order. Roll Call noted Chairman Smith, Supervisor Theresa Woehler were present along with Clerk/Treasurer Smith. Supervisor Travis Stebane was absent due to being at work. Supervisor Woehler made a motion to approve the agenda. Second by Chairman Smith and the motion was carried. Chairman Smith made a motion to approve the Sportman’s Club and Fence Volunteer Fire Department applications for temporary beer (picnic) licenses. Second by Supervisor Woehler and the motion was carried. Motion made by Supervisor Woehler to hire Brooke Martin trucking and graveling. Second by Chairman Smith and the motion was carried. A motion was made by Supervisor Woehler and second by Chairman Smith that there will be a notice for election poll workers to send in an application before Sept. 19th. Motion carried. Chairman Smith made a motion to table approval of the Board of Review chairman and board members until all board members were present. Second by Supervisor Woehler. Motion Carried.
