July 11, 2025 Special Meeting Minutes (PDF)

Town of Fence Special Town Board Meeting July 11, 2025 Chairman Smith called the meeting to order. Roll call noted all were present. Motion made by Supervisor Stebane to approve the agenda with a second from Supervisor Woehler, all in favor and the motion carried. Pledge of Allegiance was said. Multiple roads were discussed for the LRIP project amendment. The current project listed needs amending as there are other roads that need attention. Motion made by Supervisor Stebane to start down by the popple river bridge to the end point of the intersection of Maple Drive and Morgan Lake Road. The project will be called wedge and overlay. This is filling in the low spots to make the road even with 2” of asphalt to even road out. This is depending on estimated project costs. Second from Supervisor Woehler, all in favor, motion carried. Motion made by Supervisor Woehler to have Supervisor Stebane to get estimates of budget amounts for the new LRIP project and authorizing payment for estimates if necessary. A second from Chairman Smith carried the motion. Supervisor Stebane abstained from the vote. Motion made by Supervisor Woehler to pay all bills as they come in and bring the paperwork to the meeting. With a second from Supervisor Stebane, all in favor and the motion carried. Motion made by Chairman Smith to adjourn the meeting.
