Town of Menomonie Annual Meeting Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at 7:00 PM at Town Hall E4055 550th Ave, Menomonie AGENDA Call to Order Approval of April 15, 2025, Annual Meeting Minutes Present Financial Report for 2025 Chairperson’s Report • Comprehensive plan is being updated and will be finalized this year. • Joint road with the Town of Dunn 370th St (Beaver Trail) construction completed with ARIP Grant funds. • 330th St Turkey Road construction completed with LRIP Grant funds. • 390th St Bridge (Rudiger Rd) over Wilson creek construction update completed with State bridge Grant. • 430th Ave LRIP grant for 70% awarded to Town for reconstruction this year. • The mapping of Irving Creek cemetery will be wrapping up this year. • New Freightliner tandem axle truck arrived and is in service. • Purchased an asphalt patch trailer last year. • July 3rd/4th storm damage and grant received from WDRF . • Added Wisconsin Retirement System Employee Trust Fund for our employees. • Implemented a formal Purchasing and Payment policy. New Business • Discussion of significant Fire and Ambulance cost increases over the next 4 years. • Discussion and possible action on pay increases for Chair and Supervisors.
