Minutes for November 18, 2025, Special Board Meeting
Kent called the meeting to order at 6pm.
Present: Kent, Scott, Arden, Charisse and Patrolman Matt Finder
Board interviewed 3 applicants for the open patrolman’s position Bryce Tiffany, Jeremy Larson and
Nathan Cassellius.
After the interview the board ranked the applicants in order of Bryce, Jeremy and Nathan.
Scott made a motion to offer Bryce the position on the condition that if Bryce did not accept the offer,
we would offer the position to Jeremy. Arden 2nd Carried.
The board discussed starting pay for each applicant.
Scott made a motion to adjourn the meeting, Arden 2nd Carried.
Adjourned 8:30pm
