Public
• Aimee Cronk at N4878 449 th Street was present and mentioned she was here last Fall and discussed that
she has had an issue with a neighbor.
She has spoken with Tammy Traxler at the DC Zoning department; she reported that her neighbor doesn’t
have a well. They are getting water via a hose. P eople are living in this space that does not meet zoning
standards. She spoke with the Health Dept. Tammy had informed her that there was an open case and there
was not. She had been told that Fred Weber made an occupancy visit. She called Fred Weber and said he
didn’t know anything about it. He had only been out there once for an electrical box. He came bac k and
said #1 and #2 needed to be removed. In Aimee’s opinion Tammy Traxler is not doing her job and
something needs to be done. They report to the County Administrator.
This trailer doesn’t have water or sewer and electricity is being run by an extension cord hook up.
Kent suggested that she get a hold of Mike Kneer, he is on the PRD committee and also represents our
District. He would be a good resource to talk to.
She said we have lived in our home for 26 years and my husband’s family for 30, we just need help.
Aimee thanked the Board, and Kent acknowledged having a bad neighbor is difficult. He hopes that the
County Administrator will help in addressing her concerns.
