MINUTES of EXPO-ICE CENTER BOARD MEETING FINANCE SUBCOMMITTEE Wednesday, August 5, 2026 Location: Expo Office – 4921 Expo Drive, Manitowoc Present: M. Plate, PJ Albert, K. Behnke, S. Binversie, R. Kohlbeck, M. Lentz, P. Strouf R. Zipperer Absent & Excused: Absent: Other Expo-Ice Center Board Members Present: T. Dvorak, J. Hawig, T. Loritz, N. Newberg, S. Pinkerton, C. Schleis, S. Schuette, B. Ullman, R. Voss Others Present: J. Shelton, C. Breit Called to Order Meeting called to order – 6:30pm. Minutes Minutes were reviewed from the previous meeting. Motion was made Albert, seconded by Lentz to approve the minutes. Motion carried unanimously. Public Comment Chairperson called for public comment three times. No public input was given. Review, Discussion, and Possible Action on the following items for the 2026 Fair: A. Job Descriptions No report B. Policies and Procedures Albert reported on two Policies and Procedures including Complaint Resolution Policy and Leadership Replacement Policy and will be added to the October full agenda for review and approval. Discussion. Update and Possible Action on Other Fair Operation Projects and Issues No report. Adjourn Motion made by Zipperer, seconded by Kohlbeck to adjourn at 6:38pm. Motion carried unanimously.
