Update from Emergency Services Department:
a. Rhonda Green stated Emergency Management will be participating in a table top exercise with
Calumet County. This will be a multi -agency/county exercise discussing a major ammonia

b. Rhonda advised the group on the changes to the reception center. One bay will be eliminated.
The dosimetry table will be moved upstairs on the mezzanine. Human Services and Red Cross
will be moved to the main bay where the screening will take place. The EOC will be fully
activated June 16th for an exercise with EOC staff training. Staff members will be given a user
name and password to WEB-EOC. Members will no longer use a sheet of paper to record times
