MINUTES of EXPO-ICE CENTER BOARD MEETING ENTERTAINMENT AND VENDORS SUBCOMMITTEE Held Wednesday, April 1, 2026 Location: Expo Office – 4921 Expo Drive, Manitowoc Present: R. Voss, R. Zipperer, PJ Albert, R. Kohlbeck, M. Plate, B. Ulmann Absent & Excused: M. Hoffman, K. Kohlman, E. Mueller, C. Schleis Absent: Other Expo-Ice Center Board Members Present: J. Hawig, S. Binversie, K. Behnke, M. Lentz, N. Newberg, S. Pinkerton, S. Schuette, P. Strouf, R. Manzano Others Present: J. Shelton, K. Sitkiewitz Called to Order Meeting called to order – 6:30pm Minutes Minutes were reviewed from the previous meeting. Motion was made by Zipperer, seconded by Kohlbeck to approve the minutes. Motion carried unanimously. Public Comment Committee chair called for public input three times. No public input given. Review, Discussion, and Possible Action on the following items for the 2026 Fair: A. Outdoor Vendor Layout-New Vendors Voss reported on the Outdoor Vendor Layout and New Vendor applications as well as potential new vendor locations. B. Event Working Group Updates 1. AG Adventureland – no report 2. Grandstand Shows-Outdoor Entertainment – no report. 3. Woman’s Day – no report. C. 2027 Entertainment Staff reminded committee to begin looking at options for the 2027 entertainment. Other Fair Projects and Issues Update – No Action No report.
