CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL/AGENDA APPROVAL II. ELECTRICAL AND PLUMBING INSPECTOR APPOINTMENTS A. CLOSED SESSION. The Committee may convene in closed session pursuant to Sec. 19.85 (1) (c), Wis. Stats., to consider inspector compensation and candidate recommendation for the position of electrical inspector, and an employment offer related to same. B. OPEN SESSION. The Committee will reconvene in open session pursuant to Sec. 19.85 (2), Wis. Stats., and may act on matters discussed in closed session. III. PLUMBING INSPECTOR APPOINTMENT: Christopher Jost IV. ADJOURNMENT The Committee reserves the right to open the floor to public input at any point during the meeting. Village Board members not appointed to this committee may be in attendance to gather information and participate in discussion about an issue over which they have decision-making ability. This may constitute a meeting of the Village Board pursuant to State ex rel Badke v. Greendale Village Bd., 173 Wis2d 553, 494 NW2d 408 (1993), although the Village Board will not take any formal action at this meeting.
