The Committee may convene in closed session pursuant to Sec. 19.85 (1) (c), Wis Stats, to consider performance evaluation data of a public employee over which the Village Board has jurisdiction— Stacy Grunwald, Director of Village Services/Clerk-Treasurer. The Committee may reconvene in open session pursuant to Sec. 19.85 (2), Wis Stats, to act on items discussed in closed session. X. ADJOURNMENT The Committee may open the floor to public input throughout the course of the meeting. Village Board members who are not Committee members may be in attendance to gather information and participate in discussion about an issue over which they have decision-making ability. This may constitute a meeting of the Village Board pursuant to State ex rel Badke v. Greendale Village Bd., 173 Wis2d 553, 494 NW2d 408 (1993), although the Village Board will not take any formal action at this meeting.
