Stats., for the purpose of considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility—Director of Village Services/Clerk-Treasurer/Director of Public Works, Deputy Director of Public Works, and Chief of Police. V. The Village Board may RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION pursuant to Sec. 19.85(2), Wis Stats., to act on topics discussed in closed session. VI.
