Dan and Tracy Kaderabek, 1272 N Westview St. Questioned the flow of stormwater onto his vacant lot directly south of 1272

his emails so he dug a ditch and sent the water to the land he sold to the Village for tax increment district right-of-way. Village
Engineer Joe DeYoung noted the controlling authority was the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources and DNR
permitting would allow water to flow onto the Kaderabek property if it flowed there previously. President Jackett suggested
the Kaderabeks contact the DNR for further information.

A. SHIPPING CONTAINERS AND TRAILERS FOR STORAGE. The Board was concerned with a blanket ban on
shipping containers for storage and believed the ordinance needed more consideration of alternatives that would allow
containers with restrictions. Motion Ader/Holzwart to open the floor; carried without negative vote.
Pam Waak, 692 E Jefferson Ave, stated most storage containers were ugly and should only be allowed in certain areas; no
one in her neighborhood wanted them.
Sheryl Nehls, 1424 Webster Ln, stated she didn’t like storage containers at all and believed items should be put in a shed.
Kyle Wallander, 782 Linden St, was considered with the slippery slope of deciding to ban items because one neighbor
