1 THE VILLAGE OF GAYS MILLS Minutes of a special meeting of the Village Board of Gays Mills held Wednesday, June 19, 2024, which began at 6:00 p.m. in the Community Commerce Board Room. Roll call was taken with the following present: Ethan Eitsert, Harry Heisz, Emily Kinserdahl, Larry McCarn, Kevin Murray, and Art Winsor. Kim Pettit was absent. The board received verification that the agenda was posted in accordance with the open meeting law. Kinserdahl made a motion to adopt Resolution 2024-03 Authorizing and Ratifying the Conveyance of Real Estate to Luke Adams of First Addition to North Mills Lot 38 (12-131-0049-0215).
