1 THE VILLAGE OF GAYS MILLS Minutes of a Special Meeting of the Village Board of Gays Mills held Monday, July 13, 2020, which began at 5:30 p.m. in the Community Commerce Community Room. Village President Harry Heisz called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. Roll call was taken with the following present: Harry Heisz, Larry McCarn, Kevin Murray, Seamus Murray, and Kim Pettit. Aaron Fortney and Lee Ruegg were absent. The board received verification that the agenda was posted in accordance with the open meeting law. At 6:01 p.m. McCarn made a motion to convene into closed session pursuant to Wis. St. Stat. for the purpose of 19.85(1)(c) Review/Action on Kitchen Management Proposals/Letters. Seconded by K. Murray. Motion carried. At 7:45 p.m. K. Murray made a motion to reconvene into open session. Seconded by McCarn. Motion carried. Add to next regular board agenda to review rental rates, kitchen rates, storage rates and reservation form. Scheduled a special meeting to continue reviewing the kitchen management position 19.85 (1) (c) for Tuesday, July 21st at 5:30 p.m. McCarn made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:16 p.m. Seconded by K.
