1 THE VILLAGE OF GAYS MILLS Minutes of the special meeting of the Village Board of Gays Mills held Wednesday, February 10, 2021, which began at 6:00 p.m. in the Community Commerce Community Room. Village President Harry Heisz called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. Roll call was taken with the following present: Harry Heisz, Larry McCarn, Seamus Murray and Kim Pettit. Aaron Fortney, Kevin Murray, and Lee Ruegg were absent. The board received verification that the agenda was posted in accordance with the open meeting law. At 6:02 p.m. the board went into closed session pursuant to Wisconsin State Statutes 19.85 (1)(e) for the purpose of reviewing the interviews of Engineering Firms. Director of Public Works Jim Chellevold was invited into closed session. At 6:58 p.m. the board reconvene into open session. Each board member present agreed to call references. Board members that were not present can call references if they are able to do so can choose a reference different than listed below.
