Roll Call: Klabon, Shelton, Amacher, Kroeplin, Kalepp, Clerk Niemi B. Confirmation of appropriate Board of Review and Open Meeting notices C. Select a Chairperson for the BOR D. Select a Vice-Chairperson for the BOR E. Verify a member of the board has met mandatory training F. Verify that the Village has an ordinance for the confidentiality of income and expense information provided to the Assessor under state law (Wis. Stat. §70.47(7)(af)) G. Board receives the assessment roll and sworn statements from the Clerk H. Review roll for errors and omitted property I. Allow taxpayers to examine assessment data J. During the first two hours, consideration of waivers of the required 48-hour notice of intent to file an objection when there is good cause K. Swear in Assessor L. Review objections that were received 48 hours in advance M. Proceed to hear objections, if any and if proper notice/waivers given, unless scheduled for another date N.
