AGENDA Call to Order Roll call Minutes Appearances Discussion and action on providing Police Department Extra Help position with retirement benefits. Closed session per Section 19.85(1)(c) of Wis. Stats. to consider employment, promotion, compensation, performance or evaluation of public employees over which the City of Neillsville has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility, specifically wages, benefits and conditions of employment in regard to: 1) Discussion and action on Heavy Equipment Operator/Water and Wastewater Maintenance position 2) Union contract negotiations with the Neillsville Police Association The Personnel Committee may reconvene in open session for possible discussion and action on the above noted matters. Invitation of non-committee members to stay for the closed session. Roll call vote to go into closed session. Roll call vote to come into open session.
