Personnel Committee Meeting — Minutes

PERSONNEL COMMITTEE COUNCIL ROOM, CITY HALL TUESDAY, JULY 14, 2026 6:30 P.M. The Personnel Committee was called to order by Chair Barbara Petkovsek. On roll call: Council Members Barbara Petkovsek, William Neville IV, Rolly Gelhaus and Mayor Duane Poeschel present. Also present: City Administrator/Director of Public Works Luke Friemoth and City Clerk- Treasurer Winder. Chair Petkovsek declared the minutes of the previous meetings approved as filed with the City Clerk. There were no appearances. Administrator Friemoth stated that the candidate that was offered the Heavy Equipment Operator/Water and Wastewater Maintenance position did not accept the position and recommended to advertise the vacant position. Motion Neville, second Poeschel, to re-advertise the Heavy Equipment Operator/Water and Wastewater Maintenance position. All Aye. Administrator Friemoth stated that we have received three applications for the City Hall Custodian II position. Motion Poeschel, second Gelhaus to schedule interviews for applicants on Monday, July 27, 2026 at 1:15 P.M. All Aye. Motion Neville, second Gelhaus, to adjourn.
