None were offered. A motion was made by Dave Doty Sr. and seconded by Sara Reimann to approve the agenda as presented. Motion carried without negative vote. OLD BUSINESS President Young reported that the Big Doctors Lake Association had a meeting on Sunday July 27th. The Lake Association is going to come up with the final $8000 that was needed for the chemical treatment to happen this fall. In Spring of 2026 they will hire Dr. James from the University of Stout for the monitoring of the lake. They need $20,000 for that monitoring and they are hoping that the Village can provide half of that $20,000 for the monitoring. Clerk/Treasurer Peterson reported that if the Village does donate toward the project it wouldn’t matter for the Village finances if the payment is done in 2025 or 2026. The Village can cash-flow the donation regardless of when the payment is made. A motion was made by Dave Doty Sr. and seconded by John Tinman that the Village will donate half of the monitoring funds up to $10,000 with proof of invoice; with the understanding that if the remainder of the funds for monitoring are not raised the money will not be donated. This will also be the last payment to the Association. The Board discussed looking at an invoice for the monitoring prior to the money being issued.
