Members Present: Kelly Gunderson, Ed Johnson, Sara Reimann, Steve Young Members Absent: Dave Doty Sr., Nick Haessly, John Tinman Others Present: Ann Peterson, Clerk/Treasurer; President Young called for Public Comments. None were offered. A motion was made by Sara Reimann and seconded by Kelly Gunderson to approve the agenda as presented. Motion carried without negative vote. NEW BUSINESS A motion was made by Ed Johnson and seconded by Kelly Gunderson to approve the Class B Combination License and the Cigarette, Tobacco, & Electronic Vaping License for the period of July 1, 2025 – June 30, 2026 for Huntala Corporation d/b/a The Pour House. Motion carried without negative vote. The meeting schedule was set as follows: a. Police Officer Interviews Monday July 14th at 10:00 a.m. b. Buildings, Grounds & Parks Committee: Monday July 7th at 4:30 p.m. c. Personnel & Finance Committee: Wednesday July 16th at 10:00 a.m. d. Public Safety Committee: To be set if needed. e. Streets & Utilities Committee: Thursday July 10th at 3:00 p.m. f. Planning Commission & Board of Appeals: To be set if needed g. Tourism Commission: Wednesday August 20th at 9:00 a.m. h. Ball Park Committee: Monday July 14th at 6:00 p.m. A motion was made by Sara Reimann and seconded by Steve Young to adjourn the Village Board Meeting at 10:01 a.m. Motion carried without negative vote.
