There plan would be to get four spec homes built this summer to be used as models for future development as well as being for sale. They are looking at the possibility of some twin-homes along the less desirable lots along the State Highway. They are targeting a cost between $200,000 to $400,000 per home. They would like to complete the projects in phases with four to six homes per year for the first couple of years.
