The last revaluation in the Village was in 2014; since then, the Village has had annual maintenance. The Village had $114,800 of net new construction in 2021. Level of assessment on the Residential end is 86% so we are in our third year of non-compliance. 2024 will be when the Village will be required to do a revaluation if the Village remains out of compliance. At this time Walt would recommend an interim market update if a revaluation is needed in the sixth year of non-compliance so that all properties will not have to be visited. There were zero new homes in 2021. The meeting adjourned at 2:00 p.m. Motion carried. Submitted by Ann Peterson, Clerk/Treasurer
