Town Board (Special) — Minutes

Approved 4.21.26 TOWN BOARD 1 TOWN OF ALGOMA WINNEBAGO COUNTY, WISCONSIN ANNUAL MEETING April 16, 2025, at 5:45 pm. The Special Town Board meeting was called to order by Chairman Rasmussen at 5:45 p.m. Eight town electors were present. It was noted that the agenda was posted appropriately on April 11, 2025. The Town Board was introduced. Administrator Maggie Mahoney presented the Annual Report of Town of Algoma. Chairman Joel Rasmussen was sworn in by Clerk/Treasurer Katherine Reinbold. Supervisor Van Aacken was sworn in by Clerk/Treasurer Katherine Reinbold. No action against wages of elected officials. Posting locations are Town Hall Board and Town website. No longer posting at BP. It was suggested a sign is posted at BP as to where to find agendas. No other business. On a motion by Supervisors Clark/Martin, passed by a voice vote, the Town Board adjourned at 5:55 p.m. Respectfully submitted, Katherine Reinbold, Clerk/Treasurer
