January minutes

Town of Nekimi Town Board Meeting January 17, 2018 Present: Glen Barthels, Larry Schweda, Tom Pollack, Jessica Potratz, and Kelsey Barthels. The Town Board Meeting was called to order by Chairman Barthels at 7:04 P.M. Supervisor Schweda moved to approve December minutes. 2 nd by Supervisor Pollack. The Treasurer’s Report was presented by Clerk Barthels. Zoning: Winnebago County Chapter 23 Text Amendment was discussed. After thorough discussion the Town Board would like more information on the text amendment. Chairman Barthels made a motion to act on the text amendment at next month’s meeting, once more research is completed. 2 nd by Supervisor Schweda. Carried 3-0. Supervisor Schweda moved to pay December bills. 2nd by Supervisor Pollack. Carried 3-0. Old Business: Road Conditions: Discussion of road repair possibly needed on Ripple and Knapp where the City of Oshkosh put a water line in. Nekimi Avenue Bridge Project: Discussion on bridge width and guards. Supervisor Pollack made a motio n to have the bridge made with the proposed width of 26’, no extra charge. 2 nd by Supervisor Schweda. Carried 3-0. Supervisor Pollack made a motion to have no guard at approaches on the bridge, no extra charge. 2nd by Supervisor Schweda. Carried 3-0. New Business: Plan Commission: Members discussed. Supervisor Pollack made a motion to approve the Plan Commission members. 2nd by Chairman Barthels. Carried 3-0. The Plan Commission members are Doug Miller, Cindy Duschatschek, Travis Duchatschek, Adam Barthels, and Kathi Sawall. Town of Nekimi Fee Schedule additions: Supervisor Pollack made a motion to approve fees to go along with Subdivision Ordinance as follows: Application for Concept Plan - no fee, Application for Minor Land Division- $250, Application for Preliminary Plat- $250, plus $10 per lot, Application fee for Final Plat- $150, plus $5 per lot. 2nd by Supervisor Schweda. Carried 3-0. Supervisor Schweda made a motion to adjourn. 2nd by Supervisor Pollack. Carried 3-0.
