Present: Glen Barthels, Larry Schweda, and Kelsey Barthels.
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Barthels at 6:04 PM.
Resolution: Discussed the action to approve the issuance of promissory note to US Bank to borrow an amount not
to exceed $120,000.00 for purchase of fire truck. Supervisor Schweda moved to accept purchase of fire truck. 2 nd
by Chairman Barthels. Carried 2-0.
Chairman Barthels moved to adjourn meeting. 2nd by Supervisor Schweda. Carried 2-0.
